1. Shipping Availability

Bogdan Pet Design currently ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

To provide our customers with the best value and convenience, all U.S. orders qualify for Free Shipping with no minimum purchase required.


2. Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed, our fulfillment team begins preparing it for shipment.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We always strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but slight delays may occur during high-demand periods.


3. Estimated Shipping Time

After your order has been processed:

  • Shipping time: 3–4 business days

  • Total estimated delivery time from purchase: 4–6 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


4. Order Tracking

A tracking link will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
You may use this link to follow the progress of your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours after shipping, please contact us at contact@tavroa.store for assistance.


5. Shipping Delays

Although we aim for fast and reliable delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High-volume holiday seasons

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

If your order is significantly delayed, our team will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

If you need to modify your shipping information, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

8. Multiple Items in One Order
